These terms govern your use of GraceSquad. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
GraceSquad is a platform for coordinating volunteers, managing members, scheduling services, accepting donations, and running communications for churches and non-profits. Features and pricing tiers are described on our pricing page.
You own the data your organisation puts into GraceSquad (member records, schedules, donations, forms, etc.). We only use it to operate the service for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as needed to deliver the service you paid for. You may export your data at any time.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe’s standard processing fee (2.2% + $0.30 at time of writing) is passed through directly to your organisation; we charge no additional platform fee on donations. Subscription charges for paid plans are billed monthly or annually per the plan you select and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but make no guarantee. Support is provided via email within one business day. Critical incidents are communicated on the account’s primary contact email.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
If we materially change these terms we’ll notify the primary contact on each account at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute is in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
